Havenna Hotel

They have different categories of rooms, either with or without fridge. A double room without fridge would be 134 reais, whereas a double superior room with fridge is 166 reais. As in many hotels, they seem to use too much water when cleaning the floor. The wooden doors are deteriorating. The parking is huge. Breakfast was ok, we found a piece of plastic in the juice. Overall service was good.

The place is organized, but the service not so much. In the first contact, via the internet, they agreed on a price and at the time of check in the price was another, much higher. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi didn't work, as did the toilet flush (in a triple room) and, to top it off, the air conditioning must have been dirty, because whenever we were in the room we couldn't stop sneezing and our throats were irritating. . Oh, and in the morning, around 7:30 am, the employees were talking super loud in the corridors (actually shouting), waking up those who were still resting.
